This year was really rich in various important and outstanding events. One of such events was the presentation of new furniture collection ARTU by Alexander Zhukovsky within the framework of Milan Design Week 2015. The ARTU collection was exhibited at Salone Satellite within the framework of Salone del Mobile 2015.
This event is in fact unique. Close proximity of exhibition stands of young and talented designers and that of the world’s largest companies and acknowledged furniture design leaders in a single exhibition space creates a unique environment for growth and development of both of them. Young designers can see and learn what real design means in life and business, and manufacturers can find something new in bold ideas of young designers.

Participation in Salone Satellite 2015 became an irreplaceable and worthwhile experience for me and for my team. Representing my new furniture collection ARTU to the public, we understood that consumer reviews may be quite severe but objective. That’s what we need, because the concept of ARTU furniture is a new one in many respects. Fortunately, the public reaction to ARTU was very positive and favorable. And the information we’ve collected in the form of visitors and customers’ feedback and comments on ARTU during the whole exhibition will help us to continue our successful development of this furniture brand.
I am very grateful to the organizers of this event and, particularly, to Chiara Ghilardi. And, of course, none of this would have happened without my team. I am very grateful to all members of my team: Julia Rumyantseva, Olga Pozharitskaya, Ivan Fomin, and especially to the director of D&K company Dmitry Rumyantsev.
